Dear Freshworks Community,

Can we mask the Contacts Mobile Number in Freshdesk?
For example: The Contact Number should display like 9971XXXX66 instead of 9971647866.
We want number masking so that our Agents do not able to see the Contact’s actual mobile number

Hi @Prakul, we see your queries are addressed in this ticket. As of now, we can only hide the entire field using this app: https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/customize_contact_fields/
