Anyone know how to reorder the status options on a problem form?

You can reorder the ticket status field options under Admin > Ticket fields, and drag and drop the values in the right position. Make sure to save the changes to reflect in the customer portal.

This isnt available on the problem fields only incident?


@shirleymac, can you elaborate on what you are referring to as incident here? Are you not able to drag and drop to rearrange the status?
