Hello Team!! I am trying to find an easy way for our team to see notes for a profile without having to go to the profile to check it out.

Greetings from Freshdesk support. You can Edit contact details and expand Add company details
You can add the notes on this section so that the details would be visible inside the ticket details page on the contact section and the agent does not have to click on the profile.
