I would like to add a custom field on one of my Service Catalog items for an email address.  In the Workflow, I’d like to then CC the service request to that email address.   So far I’m not seeing a way to do that, but maybe I’m missing something?

In the Action node, you should be able, in the To field, you should be able to use Enter Text/Placeholders; then, you should be able to browse the Service Items - Search for your particular Service Item, and from there you will have the custom fields in that service item:

I was trying to use “CC to” instead of “Send Email To”.
