Is there a way to remove the AWS attachment links from ticket email notifications altogether on Freshdesk? There doesn’t appear to be an attachments-related placeholder variable to remove from the template editer.

I understand that you want to remove the AWS link automatically from your email notification template. Regrettably, this feature is not currently available. 

However, could you kindly send us a direct message with some examples of why this is necessary so that we may consider a workaround for your request?
