Requested a demo 2 weeks ago and no one from Freshworks has replied.

Hi,

I used the demos button about 2 weeks ago and no one has reached out to me.

I also created a support ticket which has gone unanswered as well 

Has anyone else experienced this as well?

Please can someone from Freshdesk contact me?
