SSO to provision new users?

I’m currently setting up SSO for my portal users, is there a way to auto provision them if a user dont have an account yet when signing in using SSO it will auto create the account?

Greetings from Freshworks Community!

When a user who is already a contact in IDP logs in to Freshdesk, a corresponding contact will be generated in your Freshdesk account automatically.
