Hello @caygri, we indeed have a marketplace app that you can configure under Admin → Apps for the Twilio integration. You can check this out here: https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/twilio_integration/ To configure the integration with the Italian number, ensure to use the right country code in the settings.
