We are already using the Meta API for Whatsapp, we are migrating use cases to freshChat, i was able to send renditions of my templates during testing that did not have any parameters successfully, however we have some templates with named parameters NOT numbered like {{1}} etc, and params in the rich_template_data only shows {“data”:”example”}, how can i use this for the already named parameters?
