A new incoming ticket identifies the browser and the OS. Since we have widgets installed on more than one site, we also need to know which of our sites the query is coming from. Is there a setting for that?

In case you are using help widgets in your websites, ticket creation via such widgets would capture the meta and website information on the ticket details page section. Please note that we use the referrer information that we receive in the request to show the URL of the webpage from where the ticket gets created. Webpages have referrer policies by which they can send the entire URL during a request or just the origin of the URL, this is based on the type of request.
Hence, you can contact your development team to configure the right policies in your websites to display the necessary website details in Freshdesk tickets.
