We use Wordpress for our KB system. Are there any integrations or apps that will alow us to suggest articles to Freshdesk agents?

With regard to your queries, we do not have a direct option to suggest Wordpress articles to Freshdesk agents. However, you can convert Wordpress comments to Freshdesk tickets, kindly check these articles:
