We are looking to leverage FreshService as a place to document our DRP processes for our organization. Short of just entering “walk-throughs” in the knowledgebase section, is anyone using the services section in relationship with the Assets section to document a DRP process. We’re looking for something a little more integrated than just a simple KB article for each application’s DRP process.
