+1Recently I have encountered an issue with Workspaces and I am unable to assign any Business Agents the Workspace Admin role to any workspace.
Has anybody else experienced this issue?
I have had a ticket opened for a few weeks but still no resolution has been found.

Business agents cannot be added as workspace admin for IT workspaces but you can add them as workspace admins for business workspaces. Could you please check the type of workspace you are trying to add the role?
