Announcements in Freshservice Mobile app

Announcements will not be available on screen as display. If any unread announcements are there, they will be able to see it under To Do section.

Also, announcements option will appear when you click on the More option.

Please refer below screenshots and check once again on your app.

But, for being an announcement, which we would like our users to see, seems like a little bit hidden.

I guess that’s my point in that they’re very hidden for an ‘Announcement’..

They need to be front and centre to warn people before they log a ticket. Users aren’t going to go through that many steps each time just to check if any announcements.

Currently it is only possible for agents to see announcements in the app - which makes no sense to me
