Does anyone know how to change the default use of terms like ‘knowledge base’ and ‘submit a ticket’ within the Freshdesk help center?

Global Settings → Service Desk Rebranding (Under Account Settings) → Customize Support Portal


Thanks.  I don’t see a Global Settings section within Freshdesk.   We have an admin section, with a helpdesk setting areas, but I’m not seeing the options you are mentioning.  Any ideas?
