Is it possible to show more than just the Workspace / Category when searching for a solution from within a ticket? Currently we only see IT (workspace) / IT (folder). We need to see the next level folder that these articles reside in.

I’m not sure, but I think it can’t right now, so I’d suggest to submit a feature request in the Ideas Portal for this.
