Hello, I couldn’t find any info about this. Is there limit of characters in the e-mail send from Freshservice? Exactly speaking Forwarded message from ticket. 

We have whole e-mail conversation inside, and I would like to know if I have to worry that something will get lost.

Not that I’m aware of.

I have sent whole email threads, including attachments to a ticket and nothing have been lost yet.

For double checking, I’d suggest to submit the inquiry to support.
