Notify agents and external users of
a) changes to existing solutions
b) new solutions published in a given category or folder

Is there any way to achieve the above with Freshservice native features or via a 3rd party from the marketplace?

Update - I ended up contacting Freshservice support and this was the response:
Unfortunately, We do not have an option as such.
However, I will pass this as feedback to our product team for future enhancements.
