When we first installed the ServiceBot in Teams, it would allow users to enter data into forms from within Teams. Now it is forcing everything out to the Portal. I am well aware that this is expected for certain form types, but it happening for everything. Is anyone aware of a setting which might be causing it to default to always go to Portal?

Just started using the ServiceBot and noticed the same issue here too.  Is this a setting or has an update broken something though?


@gmh Do you have any screenshots that you could share showing the original activity? And to clarify are you talking about when only “Requesters” interact with the service bot? Tagging @sanofar.allahpichai to see if she may have some insight on the intended actions ServiceBot should be taking.
