We are trying to customize the existing customer support portal. In that we don’t know how to include new images and icons. And we are using javascript inside script tag in head section. It is also not working.

That’s odd. It should work by default.
Have you tried the no-code designer or is it mandatory for your use case to have such scripting?
You may also submit a support case if something is not working as expected, as per your description.
