I was wondering if anyone is able to assist me please? We are currently setting up our portal page with FreshService, I used to do HTML coding however it have been sometime, can anyone assist with how do I go about replacing the Portal Icons?

This can be done by embedding JavaScript/CSS code snippets on the home page of the Support Portal through portal customisation.

I would like to change icons aswell so would be nice if in admin panel that would be possible at some point.
