Hi -  Utilizing the article below, we made a folder that should be public facing and visible to anyone with the link.  The setting is set to “All”.  Unfortunately, it is still asking for a sign in.  My assumption is that it is doing this because we have SSO setup?  Is there any workaround to have SSO setup but still allow certain KB folder to be visible publicly?  Thanks

Hope you are well.

I hope you have this option enabled in Support Portal settings: “Who can view Solutions

When this is set to “Everyone”, The users should be able to view the Solution articles without Logging in. If you have a Custom Policy with SSO enabled. Then I’m afraid it will redirect the users to the SSO.
