Hi All,

as a starter with FreshService a see the option to add multiple portals. This might be an option we like the use.
But I get an error when I enter the URL for this portal. Whatever I fill in generates an error.
So what do I do wrong?

Hope to get some help from you as experienced users.

Regards,
Eric

Hello @EricRoeland ,

You need use your own custom domain to make this work and create a DNS Record on your domains.

You can have a look here, it is well explained

Just a note change to English in your user profile and you should get the error in English :)
Question if you can use a freshservice.com adress. I would guess that you can’t.

Yes, it worked. It was my mistake to think it needed the xxxx.freshservice.com format.
Thank you all!
