Hi all,
requesters are allowed to add in CC other contacts from your tenant, but when they try to do it the results are the following:

I’ve checked that users are allowed to do so in the Field Manager > Ticket Fields, and they are, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Could you please give me some advice to get the CC field work properly? Thanks.
