I contacted support about this, and they recommended that I post it here for Freshworks developers. When I attempt to submit a topic with several tags, I get a 505 “internal server error.” Two HAR files are attached: one for a successful submission using two tags, and one for a failed submission using three.

You might need expert help with debugging, maybe check out commercial repairing services in UK for IT support if it’s a server-side issue. Hope Freshworks developers can sort it out!
