Why outgoing emails are blocked for my account ?

Hello ! I need some help :) 

I recently created an account to use the Freshdesk Support Desk. And I have this weird message:

“Outgoing emails are blocked for your account. Please contact our support team at support@freshdesk.com” 

Do you have a solution ?

We understand outgoing emails are blocked for your Freshdesk Support Desk account. Can you please share your Freshdesk account URL either here or via DM to unblock the outgoing emails? Looking forward to hearing from you.
