Anyone enable workload management?  The documentation says “planning fields” will be in the ticket (not in Change), but I do not see them anywhere?  Anyone know where they are?

 

 

 

I use workload management, and the planning fields are in the ticket. If you don’t see them, check your page layout they might be hidden.

​@briarlennox01 would you be able to provide a screenshot of where they are on the ticket form?  I looked on the Field Manager and do not even see it as an option to make sure it isn’t hidden.  We enabled it in our sandbox
