how to append text to description before submitting a feedback widget

Greetings from Freshworks community! To clarify, are you looking to add another field in addition to the description before users submit the feedback form? If so, you can do this by navigating to:

Admin > Ticket Fields > Multiline Text Field

Here, you can create and customize additional fields for users to fill out when submitting their feedback. Please select “Required when submitting a ticket “ if you would like to have this field mandatory while submitting the ticket.

I don’t have access to the multiline text. I’m on a different plan. Let me know if there is any workaound.

Thank you for your response. Could you please share your Freshdesk URL  along with the screenshot of the fields visible to you ? The Multiline text field is available from Growth plan onwards.
