Modifying Ticket Field "Type"

Hi

Whenever i try to modify the ticket field type and save, i get an error message There is no level_1 matching the given id `6`

Any ideas why?

I am getting the same error message when attempting to modify the Type field.

I’m having the same issue on a new trial account. I deleted all test/sample tickets, user and ACME company and still an issue, any ideas?
