I seem to have an issue with bulk importing project tasks.
i made an export to get the format of the needed csv and built the right new one, but while it imports everything else fine, it ignores the parent-ID on sub-tasks, instead creates a new task. (type sub-task is defined, Parent Task ID is defined, yet it ignores that).
how can i bulk import correctly, i.e. having sub-tasks also created with the correct parent task?

Thank you for the reply, but we already abandoned this within FreshService and moved project management corporate wide to a different tool that offers the needed (actually quite basic) capabilities out of the box.

You have rather specific migration needs that require custom development.
To ensure your sub-tasks are correctly linked to their parent tasks during bulk import, I recommend using Help Desk Migration. The dev team can customize the migration to ensure the Parent Task ID is properly recognized, so sub-tasks are accurately linked to their parent tasks.
