Freshservice appears to support account provisioning from AzureAD.

Does Freshdesk support provisioning from AzureAD?

Best answer by CJ Woods

You have to use a 3rd party app made by Effy called Azure Active Directory Provisioning (SCIM).

I have found that Freshdesk customers are automatically created at SSO first time if an account not exists.

Thank you.
