How can I manage the access for creating/updating Articles/Folders?
i want all the Agents to be able to view/Add/Edit Articles, but a few who can Delete Article/Folder.

Hello
By default, agents do not have access to create, edit, or update articles/folders. However, you can create a custom role to provide these options while restricting them from deleting actions.
