Hi Everyone, 

Is there a way for the freshdesk automations to be based on the source of the tickets?

 

In the tickets there is a properties bar that tells me the Browser, OS, and the Root Website the ticket was submitted from on the widget. Is there no way to reference this info when processing the ticket?

 

I’d love to be able to do different things with the ticket based on where it came from, specifically the website.
