Hi,
if user send a email and then recals the email two tickets will be created in freshservice.
Is there a way we can delete both tickets in Fresh service
I think they need to add that to the mail converter function.
Harder to delete the first one but the second should be easy with an expression to match the e-mail text. You could go blind, list all tickets for the requester and delete the last 2 tickets using API.
But if the user have sent in a third “correct” it could mess up things.
