We have had an enquiry come from CAB looking to update the process for defining change types. 

Does anyone currently use any form of Matrix for setting of CR change types.

The ask is a number of questions the requester has to answer(drop downs) which then drives the change type. 

The only way I can think of is utilising form fields for all of the questions, then business rules to show the change type based of selections from drop downs.
