Would be great to be able to set default answers to dropdown fields when creating a new ticked from the backend.

A feature request has been created with the Freshservice Product team to support setting default answers for dropdown fields when creating a new ticket from the backend. We appreciate you taking the time to share this suggestion—it helps us improve the platform for everyone.

As a workaround, you can use Ticket Templates in Freshservice to pre-fill dropdown fields and other values when creating new tickets. This can help standardize ticket creation and save time.
