We are using the change calendar, or Work Calendar as it is called right now. We can filter on the right to show the preferred items eq Status or Agents. However, this filter is not saved so every time we open the calendar we need to re-enter these options. We would like to save a specific view but this does not seem to be possible.

Is this a bug? Or should this be a feature request?

The Work calendar cannot currently be saved with a new filter view using Freshservice. This will be treated as a feature request because it is not a bug.

Conversely, the Analytics feature would be helpful if your main objective is to track date-oriented metrics from the Change module, such as Scheduled start date, End date, etc. (Except for CAB meetings).  Please construct your Change reports using the "Metrics" and "Group by" sections after choosing “Change” as the module type.

This should be considered a bug as it makes the forward calendar of change unfit for purpose if you can’t save a specified view for all agents to prevent them having to mess about with filters every time they want to see past and upcoming changes.

After 2 years you would think this would be addressed. Is it still on the list of features to be reviewed?

We are also waiting for this feature to be implemented. Like this the calendar feature is not useful.
