Looking for advice on the best way to create a workflow… when we have a change submitted, if it gets approved but temporarily on hold - do you just leave it as pending? I’d like to give it a “future release” type status or “on hold” to easily filter those. Any input would be appreciated here. :) 

Hello @kctrovato, we implement a few different methods but if the changes is associated to a release and is awaiting that release then we will leave the change as “Pending Release”. This is something that you can set up, and add additional “statuses” inside of Field Manager > Form Fields > Change Forms > Status.

 

Then you can configure your change lifecycle to move the change across these statuses as necessary. While also leveraging workflow to set those statuses when necessary.
