Hey all, just wondering if this is exclusive to agents or if the requesters can see this tab as well?

Seems to be only for agents. I have a test requester account and for a recently-created ticket I added a resolution to it as an agent. If I go back into the test requester’s account and refresh the ticket, I don’t see a resolution posted.
