Does anyone else find this new approach to attachments to be mildly but consistently annoying?

It can’t show a preview for an excel or word document, the hyperlink to download it is tiny and my people keep hitting the preview link instead, and any forwarding ends up with multiple copies of the same attachment in the ticket.

I can’t help but wonder who is prioritizing things over there…..
