Hello, we are using PNMSoft workflow software in our company. We wanted to integrate to freshdesk using REST or SOAP API with OAuth or Windows Authentication. Is it at all possible?

    We will be trying to bring in Freshplugs support into Freshservice soon, so you can build your own Native integration
