Hi All

Does anyone know is it possible to restrict which workspaces that agents can move tickets to, when doing a bulk update.

I am able to restrict which workspaces the agents can send to from within the ticket, by using a business rule, but does not seem to work for bulk updates.

At the moment, business rules are not applied to the List View of tickets, which is why the restrictions you’ve set are not enforced during bulk updates. We do have a feature request in place to support the application of business rules in the List View of the tickets.

We recommend keeping an eye on our monthly release notes to stay informed about upcoming enhancements and feature releases.
