Hi.  I was reviewing a webinar video and had to leave early.  I am trying to find it and haven’t had any luck.  Hopefully someone saw it and can direct me.  It was two people, a woman and a man.  It was primarily driven by the man who was showing ticket best practices.  My notes say he was showing the status field and how you can add various custom statuses.  In his example, he reviewed “Scheduled” and how you can edit the SLA due date.

Thanks!

Hello @BobbyBMore - My apologies we seemed to have missed this query. Can you let me know if this was an event on Community and by any chance when it was? Was it a Q&A session for Freshservice? Any further details will help

It sounds like you were watching a webinar focused on ticket management and customization, particularly around best practices for using the status field and editing the SLA due date. The session seems to have been led by a man who was demonstrating how to add custom statuses, like “Scheduled,” and adjust the SLA due date accordingly.

If you’re having trouble finding the exact webinar, here are a few steps you can take:

1. Check Your Email:

  • Look for any confirmation or follow-up emails related to the webinar. These often contain links to the recorded session.

2. Visit the Hosting Platform:

  • If you remember the platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a specific LMS), visit it and check your past webinars or recordings.

3. Contact Support:

  • Reach out to the support team of the organization that hosted the webinar. Provide them with the details you remember—they may be able to direct you to the recorded session.

4. Ask in Community Forums or Groups:

  • If the webinar was part of a larger conference or community, try posting your question in relevant forums or social media groups. Someone else who attended might be able to help.

5. Use CapCut APK for Notes:

  • If you often review webinars or videos and take notes, consider using CapCut APK to edit and clip key sections of the video for easy reference later. You can create short clips of the most important parts, which makes it easier to review without having to find the full recording again.

Hopefully, these steps will help you track down the webinar and pick up right where you left off!
