Hi, I want to send email from the requester in workflows. Using Action → Send Email to → From I can only choose one of our instances email addresses. Something I’m missing or is it not possible?

 

Hi.

Allowing to send From the requester, which could be someone external to your organization, would fall into Impersonation, leading to Security Bad Practices.

Hence, since a Security Point of View, it is Great that it is not allowed to send From the requester.
