One of our service catalog items seems to have disappeared from the Freshservice app.
When I log into the app, I can see the form however other users cannot see it. I’ve checked the visibility of the service item and it’s set to visible to all requesters and agents. I’ve also checked some of the role permissions applied to these users and they match my permissions. I’ve checked also the URL they are using to log into the app and it’s the same as me.
This only happened 2 days ago - was something updated in the app or is there something I’m missing?
