I have two groups in fresh service with different set of Agents in each group. 

There are two teams working in different time zones.

I want to route tickets landing between these groups in different time slots.

For reference i want incoming tickets from 0000hrs to 1300hrs to land in group 1 and tickets from 1301 to 1159 land in group two.

How can i do this.

The time window mentioned crosses over midnight, which could complicate things a bit. Might be worth double-checking how Freshservice handles time conditions across different days.
