cannot delete agent gives error

I guess you have the appropriate permissions to do that.

Have you also tried to forgot her first? Or to Delete her but from the Neo Admin Center?

As there is an erro, there may be an issue in your instance. I’d suggest to submit a support case.

I am using the free version 

There should not be an error at all. You can’t submit a support case then, but you could still use Neo Admin Center and try that. Have you tried and checked the other suggestions?
