I've decided to use Vimeo over YouTube for training/help videos, due to slightly better privacy settings.  


Have people had success embedding vimeo into Freshdesk?


Any concerns or things to watch out for?

    Jim, I am assuming that you want to embed Vimeo videos into your Freshdesk Knowledge Base or Forums. In that case, you can very well use Vimeo over YouTube and it should work seamlessly. Kindly embed the videos and let us know about it here.
