Can we copy an existing Announcement to reuse?
If not, it would be a great idea to be able to reuse announcements. This would save lot of time in drafting a new announcement.
Additionally, it would be wonderful recurring regular announcements can be scheduled as recurring. E.g. Monthly system update notification sent few days before the fixed monthly announcement schedule.

May i know if you are referring the announcement as in web campaigns? Like when a user visits your website and a popup will come to announce a message or event?
If yes, you can clone the campaign from the settings as shown in the below screenshot [old version]:
We can schedule the campaigns in new FreshChat instance, however am afraid we cant make it recurring. As a suggestion would be to clone the campaign, schedule the event periodically when you would like to make an announcement

If you are using new version of FreshChat, please navigate to Customer Journey > Select your Journey > Click the button near Start Journey > Click Schedule and choose the date/time > Click Start Journey.
Note: I presumed you are talking about web campaigns, incase if this is not you are looking for, could you please share complete page screenshot of the announcement you are referring to?
