Hi. Apologies.

Hi @Kamakshi V . This seems to be related to FreshChat, but was posted under FreshService.

Would you mind moving it to FreshChat forum?

Yes, Freddy AI can respond to WhatsApp conversations when integrated with Freshchat. It supports automated replies using text-based inputs, ideal for guiding customers through service flows. For businesses already using advanced tools like Geniatech Edge AI solutions, adding Freddy AI enhances real-time support across popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

Yes, Freddy AI can respond to WhatsApp conversations when integrated through Freshchat. To set this up, you'll need to connect your Freddy Self-service bot with your Freshchat account and configure it for WhatsApp. Just like PG Sharp simplifies location-based tasks in apps, Freddy makes customer interaction smooth on messaging platforms. Keep in mind that WhatsApp supports only text inputs, so your bot should be designed accordingly, using numbered options for user responses. Also, note that certain features like predefined buttons and widget menus aren't supported on WhatsApp.
